Any such restriction, suspension or termination will be without prejudice to any rights which we may have against you in respect of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6- No refund will be offered when the event is deemed to have commenced and is, for all intents and purposes. Any amount paid that constitute payment for the provision of unused services, will be refunded based on written request within 30 days of the date of the announcement that the Event is postponed or cancelled, in the following circumstances only:
(A) The event is cancelled.
(B) The event date significantly moved.
(C) The event organizer decided to refund the ticket value.
(D) The refunded amount will be charger 5% against the administration fees

7- Tickets cannot be endorsed or transferred to another party other than the buyer.

8- Buyer of ticket through Top Ticket may be requested to prove that he is the owner of the ticket by presenting an ID proof upon the event.

9- The ticket owner is responsible to protect its ticket from loss or theft, Top ticket dose not compensate the buyer against any of such incidents.

10- Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Top Ticket and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees related to a buyer’s violation of this terms or use of the website.

11- Top ticket issues an electronic ticket through its system sent via email or through the mobile application, printed ticket can be provided in the event site based on the event organizer wish.

12- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Top Ticket’s privacy policies explain how we are treat your personal information and protect your privacy when you use our services. By using our services, you agree that Top Ticket can use such information in accordance with our policy.

13- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or with its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise between the Parties.
